Job description
Are you looking for an exciting career in property? Our client has a reputation for excellence in the Residential Sales sector and an opening has arisen for an Assistant to work within its team.
The role will include the following duties: (This list is not exhaustive)
- Data input of factfinds and preparing of mortgage and insurance suitability reports and submission of cases onto CRM for checking by compliance.
- Completing electronic idv checks for clients.
- File maintenance of clients.
- Preparing mortgage and insurance quotes.
- Follow up mortgage leads in progress and book appointments in advisors diary
- Some PA duties booking of meetings etc /chasing clients for outstanding paperwork /assisting advisor in managing diary.
- Use of excel to organise client referral and follow up activities.
- Managing sales progression of mortgage and insurance cases in pipeline/dealing with solicitors in this process to introduce cases and monitor progression with them
- Setting up and updating advisors LinkedIn and social media Facebook.
- Help with creating marketing material in adherence to compliance procedures.
- Updating advisors digital registers with cpd and compliance training.
- Regular contact of existing client base to book review meetings.
The skills required for this PM role will include:
Previous experience working with UK brokers
CeMap qualified
- High level of customer service skills
- Wellpresented and wellspoken
- Driven, ambitious and selfmotivated
Hardware Requirements:
- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Antivirus installed.
- UPS/Backup Battery for load shedding
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) UK Time.
