Liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale.- Take full responsibility for KPI targets
- Support to the team
- You will ensure that all parties in the chain are aware of required timescales through constant communication with solicitors, mortgage advisor and other agents.
- You will need to provide an exceptional level of service to clients from start to finish.
Key skills:
- Estate Agency transaction experience
- Ability and confidence to delegate tasks to various team members
- Previous experience in sales progression
- Excellent customer service skills
- Superb communication skills
- Strong organisationalskills
- Thorough knowledge of the property sales process
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other business sectors
Requirements:
- Diploma in Administration and or other relevant post school qualification.
- New home sales experience in the UK market
- NON NEGOTIABLE
- Excellent working knowledge and high level of experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent Computer Literacy.
- Likeable and positive personality
Hardware Requirements:
- Own computer or laptop with Windows Pro 10 Minimum
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Antivirus installed.
- UPS/Backup Battery for load shedding nonnegotiable and sufficient to last higher levels of load shedding schedules.
Working hours:
Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) UK Time.

Our client requires a significantly experienced SALES PROGRESSOR who is tenacious, driven, committed and who has a clear understanding of the home moving and contractual process.
Salary:
R17, R20,000.00 per month
