An outgoing, motivated person who can assist with the billing & administration, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for new and existing customers.

What's the role?
You will be responsible for:
- Create and update customer profiles in our internal systems
- Set up/process payments using our online billing/invoice platform
Debtors management
- Manage/follow up on outstanding invoices and quotes
- Explain charges to customers to ensure they understand the appropriate services and the related fees
- Answer the phones and respond to customers' needs or transfer communication to the appropriate party internally
- Respond to client requests and enquiries
- Resolve any client billing queries
- Communicate with team members verify and resolve any billing related issues
- Data capturing on multiple platforms
- Learning new skills and tech platforms
- Following up with relevant team on invoicing clarifications requests by the customer
- Proactively recommend changes in billing and collections processes and procedures to make them more efficient and effective
- Assisting with Client Onboarding process
- Assisting the sales team with proposals, booking and confirming client meetings
- Miscellaneous errands / Office Administration

- Tertiary Qualification advantageous
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
