An outgoing, motivated person who can assist with the billing & administration, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for new and existing customers.

What's the role?

You will be responsible for:

  • Create and update customer profiles in our internal systems
  • Set up/process payments using our online billing/invoice platform


Debtors management
  • Manage/follow up on outstanding invoices and quotes
  • Explain charges to customers to ensure they understand the appropriate services and the related fees
  • Answer the phones and respond to customers' needs or transfer communication to the appropriate party internally
  • Respond to client requests and enquiries
  • Resolve any client billing queries
  • Communicate with team members verify and resolve any billing related issues
  • Data capturing on multiple platforms
  • Learning new skills and tech platforms
  • Following up with relevant team on invoicing clarifications requests by the customer
  • Proactively recommend changes in billing and collections processes and procedures to make them more efficient and effective
  • Assisting with Client Onboarding process
  • Assisting the sales team with proposals, booking and confirming client meetings
  • Miscellaneous errands / Office Administration

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar role
