  • Mystery shopping/regular visits in Cell C stores and mystery shopping for competitors and feedback. Also, include online

  • Support Management on campaigns
  • Research insights/trends before launching campaign so we can build an effective campaign
  • Final report once campaign is complete assist with collating of all elements of the campaign, plus results thereof
