Role Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance our brand's visibility and reputation in the luxury restaurant and hospitality space. This role requires a deep understanding of luxury branding and diamond clientele, exceptional leadership skills, and a creative mindset to drive our national and international marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Planning:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's vision of luxury and exclusivity.

Oversee all aspects of brand management, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

Brand Development:

Enhance the brand's presence in both domestic and international markets through targeted marketing initiatives.
o
Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing materials that reflect the luxury brand's standards.

Digital Marketing:

Ensure the brand's online presence is consistent, engaging, and aligned with luxury market expectations.

Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the luxury hospitality sector.

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on research findings.

Public Relations & Partnerships:
o
Manage public relations efforts to maintain and enhance the brand's reputation.
o
Establish and nurture partnerships with high-end brands, influencers, and media outlets to promote the brand.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are cost-effective and within budget.
o
Provide regular financial reports and performance metrics to senior management.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
o
Set clear objectives and performance goals for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
**Education**:
o
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (post-grad degree preferred).

**Experience**:
o
Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on luxury brands, hospitality, or high-end consumer goods.
o
Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and brand development projects.
o
Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation in the luxury space.
