Our client in the Property sector is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Senior Marketing Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, managing, and executing marketing, branding, and public relations strategies to promote our diverse range of services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Formulate and Develop Marketing Strategies**:

- Craft efficient and intuitive marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- **Advertising and Campaign Oversight**:

- Organize and oversee advertising and communication campaigns across various platforms, including social media, websites, billboards, and publications.
- Manage and develop assets for marketing channels, including landing pages.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to evaluate trends, enhance brand awareness, and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Digital Marketing Management**:

- Manage and oversee paid advertising campaigns on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Take charge of the company's websites, social media platforms, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
- **Performance Reporting**:

- Provide detailed reports on campaign and SEO performance, ensuring optimal effectiveness of marketing efforts.
- **Brand Standardization**:

- Standardize marketing materials across all divisions and regions to maintain a cohesive brand image.
- **Project Management**:

- Plan and execute campaigns and projects on tight timelines and budgets, demonstrating excellent project management skills.
- **Budget Management**:

- Make budget recommendations and manage allocated budgets effectively.
- **Public Relations**:

- Generate press releases and distribute them appropriately to enhance the company's visibility.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Develop and implement system enhancements to optimize lead generation.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or Degree in Public Relations/Communications or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a relevant field (Property related
- retail experience is an advantage).
- Proven experience as a marketing executive with proficiency in various marketing platforms (print, digital, social media).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of market research, analysis, and trends evaluation.
- Experience managing advertising campaigns on social platforms and overseeing digital marketing channels.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and campaign performance analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work on tight timelines and within budget constraints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R60 000,00 - R65 000,00 per month
