Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join a fast-paced and innovative team. The BSC will take responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day activities within the sales team and ensuring the smooth processing of documentation, deals, and payments. You will also play a key role in supporting the Business Manager and assisting sales staff in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and complete administrative tasks related to sales and document deals
- Execute the discounting process with funders and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements
- Manage supplier and third-party payments (cash management)
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP, ensuring compliance at all stages
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Support the team by managing deadlines, quality standards, and workflow
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field (BCom or equivalent)
- 3 years experience in Corporate / Commercial Asset Finance
- Strong administrative, organizational, and numerical skills
- Experience with SAP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Results-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to resolving queries
- Ethical behavior with a commitment to confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
