Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join a fast-paced and innovative team. The BSC will take responsibility for coordinating the day-to-day activities within the sales team and ensuring the smooth processing of documentation, deals, and payments. You will also play a key role in supporting the Business Manager and assisting sales staff in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and complete administrative tasks related to sales and document deals
  • Execute the discounting process with funders and ensure compliance with all documentation requirements
  • Manage supplier and third-party payments (cash management)
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAP, ensuring compliance at all stages
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the team by managing deadlines, quality standards, and workflow
  • Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Finance or related field (BCom or equivalent)
  • 3 years experience in Corporate / Commercial Asset Finance
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and numerical skills
  • Experience with SAP and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
