Minimum Requirements

Must Haves:

Grade 12  Reliable transport At least 2-3 years of working experience in a corporate environment Microsoft programs experience References are non-negotiable ID Document and qualifications to be attached to all CVs Submit to a background and criminal check Ability to communicate in both Afrikaans and English Ability to communicate in a professional manner Ability to work independently

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Answering, screening, and forwarding telephone calls, making appointments Receiving customers and visitors at reception Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Receiving and sorting daily mail and emails Filing Arranging courier services Arranging interviews and other meetings Typing out documents/spreadsheets Keeping track of stationery and replenishing stock Archiving old documents and saving on SharePoint Ad hoc tasks Check for tenders daily on websites provided and local newspapers Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette Excellent organisational skills. Excellent computer skills with Google Workspace Knowledge Friendly, well-organised and meticulous Assist with general office administration Ability to follow instructions and execute accordingly No WhatsApp, Skype, or Teams interviews will be conducted.
