Objectives of Role

Analyse existing business processes for digital improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear business requirements for digital projects. Lead selection and implementation of digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives. Utilise data analysis to provide insights and optimize digital processes. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of project goals Develop and maintain documentation of business processes, requirements, and project deliverables. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization.

Experience and Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

5 8 years proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and trends. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools.
