Duties & Responsibilities:

Selling multiple Fidelity ADT products and dialling various lead lists “cold calling” Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner Handling and overcoming client objections, focussing on Opening, Closing, Telephone Etiquette etc. Achieving daily and monthly sales conversions (must ask all clients for a referral lead) Achieving daily Talk time & Number of Dials per day Capturing large amounts of manual applications/sales in a timely manner Verifying details and product with all applicants Accurate scheduling of fitments/appointments Liaising with clients via e-mail and phone Achieving a minimum QA (Compliance & Quality Assurance) Adherence to both Outbound/Inbound call centre “scripts Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Matric / Grade 12 5 years+ experience in a Sales Outbound/Inbound call centre (telematics experience compulsory), Proven track record of an Outbound/Inbound Sales Call Centre position Must be flexible to work/be available on weekends and after hours if necessary. 1 Saturday per month is compulsory.
