A world class retailer in the tourism industry is seeking a dynamic lady to join our vibrant team as a PR executive. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this highly organised, motivated and disciplined individual will be responsible for public relations, customer liaison, network marketing. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, be proactive with pr / marketing experience. The successful candidate will need to speak a foreign language, preferably French, Italian or Spanish. A reliable vehicle and work permit is a prerequisite.

Key responsibilities:

•Creating and maintaining relationships with hotels, guest houses, operators and venues

•Presentations to tour operators and conduct site inspections

•In house talks to clients

•Function coordination

•Liaising with guides and operators re bookings and taking care of any special requests.

•Assisting on the sales floor 

Will need to demonstrate:

•Excellent communication skills

•Ability to work on their own

•Sound planning and co-ordination skills

•Capacity to work under pressure

•Ability to work shifts

•Capacity to work outside normal working hours when required
