Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to oversee our furniture sales in retail accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and achieving gross margin targets across multiple furniture categories. This role demands a proactive, self-starting individual with exceptional cross-collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key retail accounts.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with clients to understand their needs and identify growth opportunities.

Sales and Revenue Growth:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and gross margin objectives for furniture categories.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector.
Forecasting and Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyzing trends to make informed business decisions.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant insights to the sales and product teams.

Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Implement corrective actions and improvement plans to address any deviations from targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure the success.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Negotiate, pricing, and terms with key retailers to secure profitable agreements.

Qualifications:

Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed business decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI would be advantageous.
Willingness to travel as required.
