Key Responsibilities: 
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to various departments
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Organise and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Process and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence promptly
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and record-keeping tasks
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support cross-functional teams and projects as needed
  • Embrace a continuous learning mindset and adapt to new systems and processes
 
Minimum Requirements: 
  • Matric certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Previous administrative experience (internship or entry-level role)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Willingness to learn and a positive, collaborative mindset
