We are seeking an Operations Lead to be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of marketing operations, ensuring smooth and effective execution of marketing strategies. The successful candidate will support our Client’s in-house creative team, working their global marketing stakeholders.

What you will do:

  • Identify and integrate new marketing technologies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Oversee the management of incoming leads and ensure their proper handoff to the sales team.
  • Design and maintain reports on marketing performance, providing insights to drive decision-making.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee and streamline creative project workflows from inception to completion.
  • Manage resources and schedules to meet deadlines and project milestones.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Adobe Workfront) to track and manage projects.
  • Implement and maintain processes that enhance productivity and efficiency. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize creative operations.
  • Collaborate with senior management to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative operations management, project management or related role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Experience working within, and contributing, to an integrated Brand Design System. 
  • Proven experience in guiding and managing a marketing and/or creative team effectively.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of creative operational processes, workflows and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and enhance marketing activities.
  • ​​​​​​​Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using AI for content and creative generation.
  • Proficiency in project management software, preferably Adobe Workfront.
