  • Conduct internal reviews/audits

  • Manage compliance violations
  • Stay updated on regulatory developments
  • Work with auditors
  • Build stakeholder relationships

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:
  • Manage all contracts
  • Maintain contracts registers
  • Draft and negotiate contracts
  • Assess contract risks
  • Ensure proper contract lifecycle management
  • Build positive client and supplier relationships

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Completed LLB Degree
  • 5 years’ post-degree experience
  • Preferred: Certificate in Governance, Risk, and Compliance
  • Knowledge of King Code on Governance Principles

Functional Competencies:
  • Proficient in CaseWare, Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Sage Intact (Advantageous)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
