Job Overview:

The Digital Media Planner is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital media strategies and campaigns across various online platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape, audience targeting, and performance metrics to ensure our clients' advertising goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Develop comprehensive digital media plans that align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
    • Identify and recommend the most appropriate digital channels (e.g., social media, display advertising, search engines, programmatic) to achieve campaign goals.
  • Campaign Execution:
    • Oversee the execution of digital media campaigns from inception to completion.
    • Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective ad creatives.
    • Ensure timely and accurate placement of digital ads across selected platforms.
  • Optimization and Analysis:
    • Monitor campaign performance regularly and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
    • Analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, ROI) and generate detailed reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Provide insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.
  • Client Communication:
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on campaign progress and performance.
    • Present media plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Market Research:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital technologies, and best practices.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Daily Activities include :
  • Creating CE’s
  • Sending CE’s to clients
  • Managing CE’s
  • Sending CE’s to buyers for PO tracking purposes
  • Drawing up media schedules
  • Delivering Media schedules

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
