Who We’re looking for:

The exclusive Langaro Spa, looming under The Twelve Apostles and Lion’s Head in Camps Bay is looking for a Spa Manager to lead their experienced and dynamic team.

What is required:

The Spa Manager at Langaro Spa is responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences that align with the spa’s luxury standards. The role involves leading and motivating a team of professionals, managing daily operations, and driving financial performance. By fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, the Spa Manager ensures that Langaro Spa remains a premier destination for wellness and relaxation in Cape Town.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Somatology (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC advantageous).
  • Spa Management Diploma.
  • Business Management/ Administration Diploma advantageous.
  • Minimum 7 years in the Spa/beauty industry.
  • Minimum 3 years’ managerial experience.
  • Computer literate - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
  • Opera Cloud and ESP systems knowledge – advantageous.
