Your key job responsibilities as the Head of Gaming Operations in Johannesburg will include:

  • You’ll drive powerful operational strategies that don’t just optimize – they transform. From creating seamless, tech-driven experiences to spearheading growth initiatives, you’ll be the visionary behind operational plans that align with bold company objectives.
  • Imagine overseeing the product rollouts and marketing campaigns that define the player journey. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Retention teams to make every touchpoint memorable, every customer experience seamless, and every campaign impactful.
  • Be the operational glue, ensuring every gaming platform runs like a well-oiled machine. Collaborate with finance and payment teams to refine localized payment solutions, driving key metrics like first-time deposits, retention, and ROI. You’ll have an eye for every detail that keeps our client one step ahead of the competition.
  • You’ll be the force behind seamless compliance, keeping our operation pristine across all regulatory requirements and geographies. Your strategic partnership with Legal, Risk, and Compliance will ensure we not only meet but exceed every standard, setting our client apart in the industry.
  • This is your playground for process innovation – bring your ideas, refine our workflows, and lead with an impact that resonates across every department. You’ll champion best practices, foster continuous improvement, and make every team member a part of our client’s success story.
  • Partner with IT and Compliance to ensure data protection, KYC standards, and seamless security across all platforms, safeguarding our operations and fortifying customer trust.
