Gaming Operations and Technology Director

As a key member of the Initiate International team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a superior gaming experience on MGA licensed platforms. This includes ensuring games adhere to regulatory standards and are strategically positioned for optimal commercial performance.

The primary focus of this role is to oversee the successful delivery of a high-quality gaming product. This involves the responsibility for ensuring games meet business goals, are effectively integrated into promotional strategies, and comply with MGA regulations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the game operations compliance process and regularly reviewing and updating relevant policy documentation.
  • Ensuring games comply with MGA regulations, including testing 10% of games before launch and on an ongoing basis.
  • Developing and maintaining game product policies and procedures, including areas like compliance, certification, deployment, big win authorization, and country restrictions.
  • Monitoring adherence to game operation policies and procedures, tracking data to ensure games are not accessible in blocked or restricted regions.
  • Managing the complete gaming product lifecycle, ensuring Game Service Provider contract compliance is documented and adhered to.
  • Leading the integration and onboarding of new game service providers, maintaining collaborative relationships.
  • Overseeing the technical release of games on the platform, conducting market research to identify gameplay trends.
  • Managing the integration of Game Service Providers in collaboration with WHG, ensuring efficient processes.
  • Optimizing game placement to achieve high profitability and preparing reports and analytics on gameplay, profitability, customer trends, and the effectiveness of promotions.
  • Ensuring timely billing and payments to Game Service Providers, working with the finance team to ensure taxes are paid in applicable regions.
  • Planning and coordinating GSP migrations, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the process.
  • Managing migration projects to ensure completion within set timelines, monitoring game functionality, RTP, interruptions, and payouts for big wins and jackpots.
  • Triaging game support inquiries from various departments, including customer support.
  • Maintaining an approved list of games categorized by type, RTP, profitability, status, and positioning.
