Hire Resolve is currently working with a renowned company that is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Engineering Manager to join their team. As the Group Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing engineering activities across multiple projects and teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the continuous improvement of engineering processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the engineering teams within the organization
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Oversee and manage engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and alignment of engineering activities
  • Manage and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in a senior engineering management role, overseeing multiple projects and teams
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
