ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound / Outbound existing base & cold call telephone sales and aftersales service. Customer Service and Marketing. Order processing and administration. Customer Data Maintenance. Sales target achievement. Processing of credit notes. Resolving customer queries. Offer focus products and specials on every call.
