Working in the Sales Support department you will be contributing to our overall success as well as the ultimate goal of finding the right job for everyone.

Your Responsibilities 

Analys and Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales segmentation approaches based on market analysis and customer insights.  Analyze sales performance data, market trends and operational efforts to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.  Conduct thorough market analysis to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitor strategies.  Develop pricing models and strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.  Foster collaboration and alignment across sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure cohesive execution of commercial strategies. 

Qualifications

Experience with commercial product, pricing, market and sales segmentation  Superior problem-solving ability, adept at analyzing details and interpreting business impacts.  Strong project management skills with a focus on planning and meeting deadlines.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting at all organizational levels.  Ability to foster a metrics-driven culture to drive continuous improvement.
