Your key job responsibilities as the Head of Gaming Operations in Johannesburg will include:

  • Define and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance user and business experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategies for revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to support effective rollout of product roadmaps.
  • Manage the adoption and optimization of technology solutions.
  • Lead marketing and brand teams to deliver strategic and operational objectives.
  • Improve customer experience and service, enhancing Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Ensure efficient and effective gaming operations, including compliance and performance of technology platforms.
  • Optimize localized payment solutions to improve user experience and return on investment (ROI).
  • Establish and drive compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Define strategic objectives and execute operational plans in collaboration with the Executive Committee.
  • Standardize business processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and other legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, coordinating across multiple teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in the iGaming industry, or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Proven track record of managing operations and delivering results in a dynamic environment.
