•Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and other lead-generation strategies.

•Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct sales presentations and meetings with potential clients, showcasing the company’s products or services.

•Client Needs Assessment: Work closely with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, tailoring product or service offerings to provide solutions.

•Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

•Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and guide prospects through the sales process to secure new business and meet sales targets.

•Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead-generation strategies and optimize outreach campaigns.

•Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position the company’s products/services.

•Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, referrals, and satisfaction.

Requirements:

•Proven experience in sales, preferably in a new business development environment.

•Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.

•Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

•Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.

•Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
