Our client's team believes in going beyond traditional sales to redefine the customer experience. They are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Consultant to join their team as a Customer Value Maximization Sales Consultant. If you are passionate about not just making sales but maximizing the value the customers receive, this is the role for you

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and communicate unique value propositions that go beyond product features to address the specific needs and aspirations of our customers.

Develop long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their goals, challenges, and aspirations. Be a trusted advisor, providing personalized solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.

Move beyond transactional sales to focus on delivering added value. Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing innovative solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.

The CVM consultant is responsible for sales and lead conversion targets across the consumer and business channels.
· Marketing of products to both existing and new customers
· Follow up on outstanding leads and/or queries.
· Handle inbound and make outbound calls according to campaigns.
· Demonstrate excellent knowledge of product, service offerings and systems.
· Negotiate and make relevant product and service adjustments in line with customer needs, product pricing and sales strategy.
· Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a competent, efficient, and professional manner.
· Selling of value-added services and accessories
· Up-selling and cross selling.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Creative thinking and strategic mindset to develop unique value propositions.
  • Passion for customer success and commitment to going above and beyond traditional sales approaches.
  • Matric
  • Minimum 3-years contact centre experience in a sales environment.
  • RE5 required.
  • Minimum 120 FAIS credits required.
  • MS Office knowledge (Basic or Intermediate Excel)
