As a Program Manager you will own stream line processes and work to build solid programs to support Amazon sellers and customers. You will work directly with leadership, legal, operations, transportation, procurement teams, and a variety of internal and external partners to ensure the best seller experience possible.
The right candidate will have program management background and experience leading large projects. Seller Growth
The Seller Growth Manager has a marketing mindset to own seller communication channels and drive initiatives that set sellers up for success on Amazon. The right candidate will have a marketing background and experience leading large projects.
Fees and pricing
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing both existing and new pricing and fees processes, methodologies, and products. You will leverage your core analytical, product development, and project management skills to drive our strategic vision forward. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in strategic program management, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Fulfillment by Amazon
We are looking for a talented Product Manager to manage product development of key features in our fulfillment program. You will Build E2E knowledge of Fulfillment, seller pain points and major drivers of cost; Establish fulfillment product roadmap in collaboration with Operations and Tech teams; Partner with global product teams to identify and influence development of new products and services and more. The right candidate will have experiences with scalable operations solutions/ supply chain projects.

Key job responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to build and execute initiatives and roadmaps to achieve business goals. This includes both short- and long-term horizons.
Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
Gather and analyse data to uncover opportunities to drive Amazon growth and improvements
Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and drive improvements.
Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review metrics and setup processes to ensure goals are met.
Track performance management mechanisms and seller performance on a day to day basis.
Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis.
Deep dive on issues and come up with solutions, creating solutions from scratch for short and long term.
