Sales Development Representative

- This role plays a critical part in the company's growth, with responsibilities including identifying potential customers, generating leads, and setting up meetings for the global sales team. The successful candidate will receive world-class training and an exciting incentive structure over and above their OTE.
What you'll do:
- Research target accounts and contacts
- Outbound prospecting through phone, email, LinkedIn, video, voice note to the right contacts within your target accounts
- Email sequencing
- Become a domain and product expert
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator to maximise the return of your hard work
- Be mindful of your metrics and leveraging data to drive decision making
- Achieve your booked and held meetings quota and contribute to meaningful sales pipeline and closed on revenue
What you bring:
- Must be a fluent German speaker
- Minimum 1 year of previous sales experience as an SDR in a B2B environment
- Coachable with a desire to learn and constantly improve
- Passionate and resilient
- Strong listener and communicator
- Comfortable with sales targets
- Positive attitude with optimism as clear personality traits
