Your key job responsibilities as the German speaking Customer Account Advisor in Cape Town, South Africa:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to maximise their experience with our media offerings
  • Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from clients promptly and professionally, striving for swift issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication history using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of clients’ media campaigns, including scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking
  • Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our media offerings and services
