Responsibilities:
  • Helping to lead the conceptualization of design projects and providing creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and addressing complex design challenges
  • Collaborating with the design team to create and produce diverse design materials, spanning digital graphics, print collateral, and branding elements
  • Actively participating in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas for design projects
  • Conducting thorough research to stay abreast of design trends
  • Assisting in preparing design files for production, offering support during the printing process
  • Guiding and overseeing the work of junior designers to foster a collaborative and creative work environment
  • Maintaining organized file management and documenting design assets effectively
  • Manage multiple requests and prioritise accordingly, communicating effectively with team members to manage expectations, collect feedback and iterate
 Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design and at least 4-5 years experience in the field of design
  • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Video Editing skills
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative ability
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team
