Print Retail Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Print Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing printing orders, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process printing orders, including receiving and preparing materials for printing
  • Operate printing equipment and ensure high-quality output
  • Liaise with graphic designers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of print jobs
  • Manage cash handling and operate point-of-sale systems
Requirements:
  • Fully computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Corel Draw and print industry experience an advantage
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm

Saturday: 9am - 5pm

Sunday: 9am - 4pm
