Our client in the global advertising agency industry is seeking a Social Media Account Director with expertise in community management and paid performance marketing. This role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, crisis navigation, and creative content generation across social channels such as META, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving abilities, and experience social strategy, campaign management and well versed across various social media management tools.

What you will do:

Strategy Development and Community Management

  • Create and implement social media strategies to drive engagement and build online communities.
  • Integrate social media with PR and influencer marketing for cohesive campaigns.

Paid and Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns.
  • Use data-driven approaches to improve campaign performance.
  • Familiar with reporting and management tools

Creative Content Generation

  • Lead creative development for engaging social media content.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and personalities.

Building Client Relationships

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Lead social media discussions and problem-solving.

Commercial Acumen

  • Manage commercials and resources to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, social media, advertising or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Strong analytical skills for data and report generation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and keyword research.
  • Proficiency in content creation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
  • Experience in managing social media crises and multiple projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with omnichannel campaigns and various disciplines.
  • Well versed across various social media management tools.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an Account Management/Social Media role.
