Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming technical support requests.
- Provide top-notch customer service while resolving issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Document and track all incidents and service requests using the support ticketing system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for clients.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams while maintaining client communication.
- Educate users on IT policies and procedures to enhance their understanding of supported technologies.
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on new technologies and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with common operating systems and applications.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
