The Quote Desk Representative will be responsible for providing accurate quotes for the correct products in a timely manner. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for liaising with sales and Channel Partners to ensure a smooth quoting process that results in increased closed won new business and expansion opportunities to increase customer acquisition and expand customer share of wallet.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming requests for quotes from sales to provide accurate quotes to Channel PartnersCreate and send appropriate quotes to Partners on each opportunityProvide excellent customer service to sales and PartnersPartner with the Deal Desk to review discounts, free months, payment terms, etc. and ensure multi-currency guidelines are metUpdate partner quotes at request of salesLiaise with partners as needed to align sales with the partnerUpdate quotes with pricing updates or as neededLog and monitor your Statistic on a daily basisExecute post sale admin and order routing forms as needed

Qualifications:

Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferredExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)Experience with Salesforce or other CRM preferredUnderstanding of working with Channel Partners a plusStrong verbal and written communicationsExcellent time management and organization skillsSuperior customer service skillsStrong collaborative and team work skillsAbility to work with minimal supervision
