Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

Proactively research and identify potential clients across various industries who are looking to place sales staff.

Reach out to these potential clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, or other communication channels to introduce MillennialNxt’s services.

Client Meetings:

Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their staffing needs.

Present MillennialNxt’s value proposition and explain how our recruitment services can meet their needs.

Negotiate and finalize agreements to onboard clients with MillennialNxt.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

Act as the initial point of contact for clients until they are successfully onboarded by MillennialNxt.

Reporting:

Keep detailed records of client interactions, meetings, and progress through our CRM system (Jira).

Regularly update management on the status of client acquisition efforts and provide feedback to improve the process.

Requirements:

No Prior Experience Required:

This is an entry-level position, so no previous experience in recruitment or sales is necessary.

A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of recruitment and business development.

Strong Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to present and explain our services effectively to potential clients.

Self-Motivated and Target-Driven:

A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.

A positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection and keep pursuing new leads.

Basic Computer Literacy:

Familiarity with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing).
