stock movement from inbound to outbound in line with company standards and requirements (Premier Way).

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • To ensure warehouse operational processes meet customer requirements through proper o Warehouse utilization and buffer management : Process flow management and organization, o General good housekeeping o Picking controls o Stock control and or rotation.
  • To drive cost effective and efficient operations by: ensuring the adherence to operational and financial targets o adherence to all management SOP’s and controls.
  •  Reviewing performance reporting and other data to measure goal achievement.
  • Identifying areas needing cost reduction, improvements or corrective action Managing resourcing schedules, shift rosters and overtime costs.
  • To ensure effective health, safety, environmental and risk management as well as compliance by:
  • Advocating a health and safety culture by reflecting on HSER performance in Invocoms , checking correct implementation of HSER policies, procedures and practices
  • To ensure continuous improvement of the warehouse process and team performance through:
  • o Supporting Warehouse manager to create a culture of learning and continuous improvement in the Invocom.
  • To support plant asset management though routine checking of assets and reporting any noncompliance / issues to the Warehouse manager for resolution.
