Systems Integration Manager

Job responsibilities will include, among other:

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly Level 10 meetings and report on revenue figures, targets, and KPIs.
  • Present weekly departmental feedback to the Board and manage team capacity and budgets.

Sales and Marketing Activities

  • Meet new prospects, issue proposals, and follow up on payments.
  • Collaborate with the OCFO Marketing team to refine marketing collateral for the integrate value offering.

Client Relationship Management

  • Review and manage team projects to ensure they remain on track and handle client compliments and complaints.

Design Client Systems

  • Discuss business flows with clients, identify problem areas, and research suitable software stacks.
  • Present research findings, implement proposals based on client feedback.

Build Client Systems

  • Implement approved software stacks and ensure alignment with client expectations through meetings and sandbox testing.
  • Amend implementations based on testing results, deliver projects, and provide ongoing support and training.

Project Management

  • Allocate time and set internal timelines for each section of approved client proposals.
  • Communicate with clients during the project build and manage outsourcing and internal onboarding of work.

Training

  • Train clients and internal team members on unique software stacks.
  • Train system integration consultants on software stacks and amend trainings based on system changes.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 4-5 years’ business analyst, management, consulting and coding experience with a Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering Qualification or related field.
