Position Overview

As the graduate sales administrator, you will play a major role in ensuring that the sales team across the country meets its goals. You will manage the schedules and territories of the various sales team members, set sales objectives and plan training programmes. You may assist team members in increasing their productivity by scheduling appointments and ensuring they have up-to-date support material. You will also liaise with other divisions within the business to ensure that sales, marketing, and delivery go smoothly

Responsibilities

  • Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales and Service representatives are unavailable 
  • Prepare onboarding paperwork across all 4 products and assist with contracts/orders till completion.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, risk, deployments, CIT, and finance queries are all handled quickly and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
  • Create marketing collateral for potential customers
  • Assist with collating data and information and presenting up to date reports to the Regional Managers.
  • General administration tasks to support team and Regional Managers effectively.
  • Adhoc tasks are required from time to time.
  • Ensurr adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

This role is suitable for recent graduates, who don't yet have experience and are looking to kick-start their sales career.
