You'll work closely with cross-functional teams: marketing, tech development, support, and operations, to turn ideas into scalable products that empower local businesses to thrive online.

Job purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Product Manager is to drive business growth by identifying, improving and managing the product portfolio. This includes but is not limited to product specifications, timetables, pricing and marketing opportunities and strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation, enhancement, and ongoing management of new and existing products across the portfolio.
  • Ongoing competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis.
  • Identifying market gaps and upcoming trends in web hosting, domains, SSL, and digital services.
  • Translating research into actionable roadmap priorities.
  • Developing new product concepts backed by data and market demand.
  • Building value propositions that make products commercially compelling.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Use analytics dashboards and key metrics to evaluate product success, profitability, and adoption.
  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders and recommend adjustments to improve performance.
  • Measure product performance post-launch and lead continuous optimisation efforts.
  • Leverage analytics tools and qualitative insights to ensure the customer voice informs all product decisions.
  • Analyse performance data and report on planned and ad-hoc product KPIs, identifying actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to craft positioning and communication strategies that clearly articulate product value.
  • Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and technology partners.
  • Build retention strategies that enhance customer experience and promote long-term growth.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 2+ years' experience in product management
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated success managing products throughout the full lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimisation.
  • Strong technical understanding of web technologies, hosting infrastructure, or digital service delivery.
  • Proven ability to use data, research, and customer insight to guide decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Collaborative team player who can also operate independently.
