Mustard Seed Relationship Marketing is a dynamic agency specialising in the marketing of shopping centres. We're looking for an Exhibitions & Marketing Coordinator to represent our team on-site at Gugulethu Square.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the agency on-site and assist with daily site inspections, activations, and reporting.
  • Execute above-the-line and below-the-line campaigns for the shopping mall.
  • Use checklists and complete daily reports to ensure smooth operations.
  • Escalate issues promptly and work independently to resolve challenges.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Able to work well under pressure and manage tasks independently.
  • Ability to escalate problems.
  • Client relationship management skills Strong sales background with at least 1 year of experience in retail marketing, retail, or sales.
  • Energetic, fast learner with a go-getter attitude.
  • Comfortable using technology and digital tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel).

Work Hours:

Standard hours: 08h00 to 13h00 (half-day position)

Activation/setup days: 14h00 to 19h00 (as required)
