We're looking for a strategic and experienced digital editorial leader to drive our content production team and lead innovation across platforms — including a pioneering AI-first initiative. The successful candidate will oversee the daily workflow of the content team, ensuring alignment with business needs, editorial best practices, and overall production goals. While editorial production is the core responsibility, the role also requires close collaboration with commercial teams—especially around native content, sales campaigns, and content optimisation.

This is an on-site role based at our Cape Town head office (Western Cape), reporting to the Digital Operations Officer. The candidate will be required to have a relevant tertiary qualification and have a minimum of 3-5 years of editorial experience.
