Job Title: Video Editor & Manager

NOTE: Role is fully remote as long as you live in South Africa.

We're looking for someone who can manage, edit, schedule, and optimise daily content across multiple creator accounts. This is a fast-paced role for someone who understands TikTok/Instagram culture, knows what performs, and can keep pages growing without constant oversight.

What You'll Do

  • Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with clean pacing, strong hooks, and platform-appropriate style.
  • Schedule daily posts across multiple platforms with correct formatting, timing, and consistency.
  • Write captions that actually sound human and match each creator's tone.
  • Engage with followers - reply to comments, boost early engagement, and keep communities active.
  • Generate new content ideas weekly based on trends, analytics, and competitive research.
  • Maintain an organised content calendar so nothing slips.
  • Report weekly on what's working, what's underperforming, and what needs to change.

What You Need

  • Proven experience editing vertical video (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci - any tool, as long as you're fast).
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends, audios, and algorithm-friendly formats.
  • Good English and the ability to write natural, engaging captions.
  • A sense of humour and the ability to adapt to different creator personalities.
  • Fast communication and reliable output - no disappearing acts.
  • Creativity that's grounded in results, not "artsy" nonsense.
