Core Responsibilities
1. High-Ticket Affiliate Marketing (Top Priority) ● Set up and manage high-ticket affiliate marketing funnels (courses, programs, and other high-value offers). ● Research and recommend affiliate programs/platforms and offers aligned with the brand and audience. ● Create and implement action plans to start generating affiliate income within the first 10–14 days, where possible. ● Build landing pages, opt-ins, and simple funnels using existing tools (e.g., Wix and recommended platforms). ● Track performance (clicks, leads, conversions) and adjust campaigns based on results. ● Proactively propose new strategies, offers, and experiments (e.g., Pinterest + Canva strategies, Instagram-driven funnels, etc.). 2. Website Support & Digital Presence (Wix) ● Review the current Wix website and identify gaps, missing sections, and opportunities to improve structure and flow. ● Add and update website content (copy, images, media, links to offers, music, articles, etc.). ● Make suggestions on layout, sections, and features to better reflect the brand and support monetization. ● Ensure the website feels complete, on-brand, and ready to support marketing campaigns. 3. Content & Personal Brand Support ● Support the founder in turning ideas, drafts, and writings (e.g., articles, book-related content) into polished, publishable pieces. ● Provide light editing, formatting, and feedback to ensure clarity, impact, and alignment with brand voice. ● Advise on where and how to publish content (blog, email, social platforms, etc.) for maximum reach and engagement. ● Help incorporate music content (e.g., new songs, launches) into the overall digital and affiliate strategy. 4. Social Media & Visibility ● Help shape and maintain a consistent social media presence, especially around affiliate offers and brand content. ● Suggest and assist with implementation of content ideas (posts, reels, stories, carousels, etc.). ● Coordinate posting schedules and basic engagement where needed. ● Stay aware of trends and common strategies in high-ticket affiliate marketing on platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube. Nice-to-Have / Future Responsibilities
- Support early planning and digital positioning for future product lines (perfumes, clothing, etc.).
- Assist with email list building and simple email marketing campaigns (newsletters, launch emails, nurture sequences).
- Help test and document repeatable systems for affiliate marketing and product promotion.
- 3–4+ years experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on affiliate marketing (ideally including high-ticket offers).
- Proven track record of setting up and running profitable affiliate campaigns (funnels, links, landing pages, etc.).
- Experience with website builders (Wix strongly preferred; WordPress, Squarespace, etc. also valuable).
- Strong English writing and editing skills; able to refine and structure a founder's ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Comfortable working closely and one-on-one with a visionary founder, offering suggestions and honest feedback.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented — you know how to "figure it out" and come back with options.
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and platforms relevant to affiliate marketing, social media, and funnels.
- Experience with high-ticket affiliate marketing specifically (courses, coaching programs, or premium digital products).
- Familiarity with Canva and similar tools for creating simple marketing visuals.
- Experience using or integrating social platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube) into affiliate strategies.
- Basic experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Background in working with creators, authors, coaches, or personal brands.
