About the roleWe're looking for a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to scale multiple UK TikTok Shops using creators, affiliate networks and TikTok Shop's native tools. You'll own the end -to -end affiliate engine: from setting up offers and commissions inside Seller Centre, to recruiting and managing creators, to working with TikTok Shop partner/affiliate agencies and building light automations to make everything run at scale. Strategy & growth for TikTok Shop UK ● Own the TikTok Shop affiliate strategy for our UK shops: commission structure, creator tiers, seeding, content angles and promo calendar.● Build a clear roadmap to scale revenue via affiliates: from first creators, to hundreds+ of active partners generating daily sales.● Align affiliate activity with wider promo events (e.g. seasonal campaigns, TikTok Shop mega sales, Black Friday etc.). 2. Affiliate Centre & Seller Centre ops ● Own all work inside TikTok Shop Seller Centre, especially the Affiliate Centre:○ Set up and optimise Affiliate Plans and commission rates (flat and optimised).○ Use Find Creators, Open Collaboration, Manage Creators, Samples and Analytics to recruit and optimise at scale.○ Configure and maintain product catalogues, tagging, and availability for creators.● Ensure our shops are correctly enabled for affiliate, so creators can easily discover and apply to promote our products.● Manage product whitelists/blacklists, exclusions and vertical -specific rules (e.g. food & drink). 3. Creator sourcing, onboarding & relationship management ● Proactively source creators in the UK (and relevant markets) using TikTok Shop's tools, TikTok search, and external databases/affiliate agencies.● Build and manage a pipeline / CRM of creators: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and retention.● Create and maintain creator playbooks: key hooks, angles, claim language, USPs, example scripts and content guidelines.● Monitor creator output and performance; identify top performers and upsell them to higher -tier commissions or exclusives. 4. Agency & partner management ● Work with TikTok Shop Partner / affiliate agencies to support large -scale creator recruitment and campaign execution.● Brief agencies clearly on goals, budgets, creative angles, product priorities and commission rules.● Hold partners accountable for performance through clear KPIs and regular reporting (GMV, ROAS, CAC via affiliates, active creators, content volume etc.). 5. Automation & process building ● Use Seller Centre features such as Campaign Auto -Registration to automatically enrol relevant products into TikTok Shop campaigns and events.● Build light automations and workflows (e.g. via Google Sheets, Zapier/Make, TikTok Shop APIs or partner tools) to:○ Sync data (orders, GMV, creator performance) into dashboards.○ Flag top -performing creators and content automatically.○ Trigger outreach sequences or commission changes for specific cohorts.● Document all SOPs so the process can be repeated and scaled across multiple brands. 6. Performance analysis & reporting ● Track and report on core affiliate metrics:○ GMV, orders, AOV and conversion rate from affiliate traffic.○ Number of active creators, content volume, CTR, view -through vs click -through sales.○ Commission spend as a % of GMV and blended CAC.● Run ongoing experiments: commission levels, bundles, hooks, thumbnails, posting times, creator niches.● Provide clear weekly and monthly summaries with insights and actions, not just numbers. 7. Collaboration with paid & organic teams ● Coordinate with paid media to boost top -performing creators/content via Spark Ads / TikTok ads, and to share winning hooks and creatives.● Work with brand/content teams to ensure product pages, bundles and creative assets are optimised for TikTok Shop and affiliate use.● Feed back VOICE OF CREATOR & VOICE OF CUSTOMER insights to improve offers, pricing, landing pages and product development.Requirements Must -haves ● Proven experience running TikTok Shop or social commerce affiliate programmes (brand, agency or network side). ● Deep understanding of TikTok Shop Seller Centre & Affiliate Centre – commissions, creator discovery, samples, campaign tools and analytics. ● Strong track record of scaling with creators: you've taken a shop/programme from low activity to a meaningful volume of affiliate -driven sales. ● Confident with data and tools: Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/INDEX -MATCH, pivot tables, basic dashboards); comfortable learning new software quickly. ● Excellent written and spoken English, especially for creator outreach and negotiation. ● Highly organised, process -driven, and able to manage hundreds of creators and multiple brands without dropping balls. Nice -to -haves ● Experience working with TikTok Shop Partner agencies or influencer/affiliate agencies. ● Experience in UK or EU e -commerce, especially FMCG / food & drink / CPG. ● Basic understanding of TikTok ads and how affiliate and paid work together. ● Familiarity with API -driven workflows and tools (TikTok Shop Partner APIs, reporting connectors, etc.). ● Experience with other affiliate platforms (Impact, Awin, Refersion, etc.).
