You will be responsible for driving high -quality leads and First -Time Depositors (FTDs) to CMTrading and its group of brands, working closely with the acquisition, CRM, and creative teams to maximise performance and maintain ROI -positive partnerships. RequirementsSource, onboard, and manage affiliates across Africa, LATAM, and AsiaNegotiate competitive CPA, CPL, and Revenue Share dealsMonitor traffic quality, optimise performance, and identify/prevent fraudulent activityCollaborate closely with the design and creative teams to coordinate banners, landing pages, and promotional materialsAnalyse and report on key acquisition KPIs including FTDs, deposit volumes, conversion rates, and ROIBuild strong, long -term relationships with partners to encourage continuous growthIdentify new markets, opportunities, and traffic sources to scale affiliate performance2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the Forex, iGaming, or Fintech industriesStrong understanding of CPA/CPL/RevShare models and performance -based marketingExcellent negotiation and relationship -management skillsSolid analytical skills with the ability to interpret traffic quality, funnel metrics, and acquisition dataProficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting toolsAbility to work independently in a fast -paced, KPI -driven environmentStrong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage BenefitsFully remote position with global flexibilityOpportunity to join a fast -growing brokerage with international reachWork with a high -performing, creative, and data -driven marketing teamCompetitive salary package + performance -based bonusesStrong career growth opportunities within a leading financial brand
