The
Opportunity

We are looking for a confident and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead client outreach and contribute directly to our business development efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in performance-driven environments, understands high-value client communications, and represents luxury brands with polish and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound outreach and cold calls to prospective clients
  • Initiate and nurture meaningful conversations with decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments
  • Keep detailed notes and data within our CRM system
  • Stay ahead of industry and market trends to tailor outreach

Requirements

  • 3+ year experience in cold calling / outbound sales
  • Experience engaging US/UK clients
  • Exceptional spoken and written English (native or fluent)
  • Professional, confident phone manner and polished personal presentation
  • Strong self-discipline, drive, and the ability to hit targets independently
  • Bonus: South African driver's license
