Job Summary
To be responsible for posting and accurately allocating daily receipts across all UK and international banks.
What you will do
- Process customer BACS/foreign receipts and allocate accurately on a customer account on a daily/weekly basis
- Liaise with Credit controllers to reconcile receipts queries and returned receipts
- Assist with bank remittance matching to customer accounts on the system
- Reviewing unallocated cash and ensuring this is kept to a minimum
- Monitoring the inbox daily and respond to queries from credit in a timely manner
- Accurately update banking reporting to the O2C function on a daily basis.
- Ad-hoc duties as required
