Job Summary

To be responsible for posting and accurately allocating daily receipts across all UK and international banks.

What you will do

  • Process customer BACS/foreign receipts and allocate accurately on a customer account on a daily/weekly basis
  • Liaise with Credit controllers to reconcile receipts queries and returned receipts
  • Assist with bank remittance matching to customer accounts on the system
  • Reviewing unallocated cash and ensuring this is kept to a minimum
  • Monitoring the inbox daily and respond to queries from credit  in a timely manner
  • Accurately update banking reporting to the O2C function on a daily basis.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

  • Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous
