As aGraphic Designer, I bring ideas to life across campaigns, POS, and toolkits —creating clear, consistent, and impactful design.Icollaborate with the GraphicDesign Lead, ArtDirectors, and FinishedArt team to refine layouts and prep files. I also support the 3D and Industrial Design teams to ensure 2D artwork works in physical form. Iapply our framework to help work catchattention, connect with shoppers, and convert. I guidethe eye, structure messages, and design for results.I'mfluent in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, and apassion for learning new tools. Requirements Design Execution o Deliver high -quality layouts across print, digital, and POS o Apply brand guidelines and CI systems accurately o Leverage campaign Key visuals to craft visuals o Use visual hierarchy to guide shopper attention and responseCollaboration o Work with Art Directors and Graphic Design Lead to interpret briefs o Support the Finished Art team with rollout -ready files o Collaborate with Industrial Designers and 3D team for POS translation o Collaborate with Motion Graphics and 3D artist Craft & Delivery o Follow file naming, versioning, and handoff protocols o Maintain consistency across formats and adapt to feedback o Keep creative work technically correct and creatively strongWorkflow Supports o Track tasks in Magnetic o Flag blockers or capacity issues early o Manage files responsibly to reduce cloud clutter
