Role Description:

We're looking for a
Graphic Designer (Digital & Brand)
to join our marketing team at
Comtel
in Cape Town. This is an in-house or hybrid role for a creative designer who can bring our brand to life across digital and physical spaces.

You'll be responsible for creating engaging visuals for
Meta and digital ad campaigns
, as well as designing
branded materials
such as gazebos, banners, flyers, packaging, and event collateral. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with the ability to maintain a consistent brand identity while delivering fresh, impactful design ideas.

You'll work closely with our marketing and content teams to support ongoing campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives — ensuring every visual touchpoint reflects Comtel's values of
innovation, connection, and positivity
.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in
    graphic design for both digital and print media
  • Strong understanding of
    brand identity systems
    and visual consistency
  • Skilled in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
  • Experience designing
    social media content and paid Meta ads
  • Familiarity with
    large-format printing and branded materials
    (gazebos, signage, displays, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with excellent
    attention to detail and typography
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Diploma or degree in
    Graphic Design, Visual Communication
    , or related field
  • Experience in the
    telecommunications or tech industry
    is an advantage but not required
