The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting brand communication initiatives by designing and producing engaging visual content across all digital, print, and in-store platforms. Working closely with the Brand Team, the Graphic Designer ensures the brand's visual identity is consistently represented across multiple channels and enhances the overall customer experience. This role is pivotal in executing creative campaigns, from personalized media packs to digital assets, to communicate the brand effectively and attractively

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Brand Campaign Communications design
    : Work with the Brand Team to create the brand's communication campaigns, in line with the brief and overall objectives, across all 360-degree touch points, digital and in-store. Create the necessary print or other content to assist in curating personalised experiences and product launch drop packs to communicate to media and Brand Ambassadors.

  • Graphic Design, Basic Copywriting & Desktop Publishing
    : Responsible for designing and creating all collateral for print and digital in-store. This requires all in-store elements to be made high resolution for printing purposes. Responsible for the design and setup of all digital and print menu's, promotional posters, take away menu's, table talkers and tags for all tiers across the brand.

  • Local Store Marketing Communications design
    : Work with the Trade Marketing and the Brand Team on content creation for custom requests for stores across the vida network. Responsible for the design of all merchandise solutions and in-store displays.

  • Digital Design & Basic Animation
    : Create graphic content for all platforms, across all formats, to support the communication objectives of the brand's campaigns. Work with the Digital Team to create new content and update existing content on the website, including the blog and e-Commerce. Design and optimise for email/web, all emailer campaign content to support the monthly newsletter, as well as campaign bespoke communications. Create new graphic content and update existing graphic content on the app, including the blog and the order ahead menu function.

  • Packaging & Labelling design
    : Create new and update existing product packaging and labelling in line with the product development pipeline & brand needs.

  • Basic Illustration, Icon & Pattern design
    : Create or manipulate existing icons, patterns and illustrations to supplement various communication objectives.

  • Ad hoc design
    : Required to design various ad hoc projects and presentations for the broader company needs.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Design (Graphic, Digital or Multimedia)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Mail Blaze, Asana
  • Industry:
    Quick Service Restaurant, FMCG
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
  • Portfolio of work
